Hello, I 'm french woman and I'm an runner with CF too.
I red great things abour your run in NY 2008. It's great.
I did nyc marathon last year and I 'll run this year too.
It will be fun to discuss about our training.
Okay, I'm not in the NYC Half Marathon this year, but a couple of Team Boomer members are! What does everyone think of putting together a Team Boomer cheering section?

Thank you to all my Team Boomer team mates for the nice comments on my NYM '09 blog. I am happy that you enjoyed it.
Congratulations to everyone that completed their journey this past Sunday in New York, a journey that begun for us many months ago and ended in spectacular fashion in Central Park.
Thank you to the BEF and Team Boomer for providing us the platform to be able to raise money on behalf of a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
I plan on continuing to train and race on behalf of Team Boomer and… Continue

Thursday run......
As training winds down for me and for all the runners running on Sunday in New York, today called for a 4 miler. Overcast, mid 50;s, wind out of the NE at about 10mph.. The plan was to run easy for the majority of the run with about mile at marathon effort- the conditions led to faster paces than I planned but the effort was very easy. 2 miles at 7 min pace followed by 2 miles at 6.15 pace....
