Hello everyone. 4th annual Cody Dieruf Benefit walk on June 20th, 2009. Live music by Comstock Lode, food catered by The Crystal, inflatable jumpers sponsored by Parties R Us, face painting by Cryssy;s Characters and much more. This all starts at 10:00am, and the walk begins at 1:00 down main street.

Bozeman Ford is donating a car and placing it at Kenyon Noble during their Home Show, and there will be "Smashing the Car to pieces to stomp out Cystic Fibrosis. All proceeds will go to The cody DIeruf Benefit Foundation for Cystic Fibrosis.

Congratulations to everyone that completed their journey this past Sunday in New York, a journey that begun for us many months ago and ended in spectacular fashion in Central Park.

Thursday run......

As training winds down for me and for all the runners running on Sunday in New York, today called for a 4 miler. Overcast, mid 50;s, wind out of the NE at about 10mph.. The plan was to run easy for the majority of the run with about mile at marathon effort- the conditions led to faster paces than I planned but the effort was very easy. 2 miles at 7 min pace followed by 2 miles at 6.15 pace....
