I am originally from Chappaqua, NY, but now reside in Manhattan. I have been involved with the Foundation since interning in the summer of 2006. I was responsible for assisting with The Empire Challenge, reviewing BEF scholarships and helped coordinate the Foundation's opening of the NASDAQ market. Prior to joining the Foundation, I attended Indiana University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, and minors in both Business and Spanish. I was also a member of the men’s tennis team at the school. I am now working at the Foundation full time as a Project Coordinator.

Congratulations to everyone that completed their journey this past Sunday in New York, a journey that begun for us many months ago and ended in spectacular fashion in Central Park.

Thursday run......
As training winds down for me and for all the runners running on Sunday in New York, today called for a 4 miler. Overcast, mid 50;s, wind out of the NE at about 10mph.. The plan was to run easy for the majority of the run with about mile at marathon effort- the conditions led to faster paces than I planned but the effort was very easy. 2 miles at 7 min pace followed by 2 miles at 6.15 pace....
